Refund policy

Requesting a return

Email cjbernauer@gmail.com with your order number before returning any item. Unopened, unused costumes in original packaging may be returned if you request authorization within 30 days of the shipment date. Every return requires a return authorization (RMA) and the return address we provide. Do not send products without authorization.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem and include photos. Defective-item requests must be made within 15 days of shipment so we can arrange a supplier credit or replacement.

Return costs and refunds

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Returns must include the complete item and original packaging; incomplete or improperly packaged returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

Contact us promptly to request cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing begins. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
